The Terms of Use are rules about online orders and shipments via by OtakuStore.gr. These rules are applied by OtakuStore.gr comply with the current legislation. The Terms of Use may change without affecting the users' rights or conflicting the current legislation.

OtakuStore.gr is not responsible in situations which the users / customers are not complying with or are not aware about the Terms of Use. We strongly suggest all users / customers to read the Terms of Use before browsing and using the website.

OtakuStore.gr Liabilities
All products, services and data are displayed with the exact, true, and complete details at OtakuStore.gr. The website is not bound to any technical mistakes or typos caused by errors, oversight or reasons beyond our control, which will be corrected when sighted.

OtakuStore.gr informs the customers for the product specifications, price, availability, supplier, VAT, shipping costs, payment options and shipping method.

OtakuStore.gr is not responsible for defective products due to errors, oversight or reasons beyond our control that were displayed and sold by the website. The users / customers can ask for replacement or reimbursement after indication of the defective product (more information).

OtakuStore.gr always displays the availability for all products, however we cannot guarantee the continued availability of products. In such cases, the users / customers can be informed about product availability by using the “Get notified by email” function which can be found on the product page or by subscribing the newsletter service (from the bottom of the page), by providing their e-mail address in the requested forms.

OtakuStore.gr always informs about any changes to any provided service to the users / customers. The website is not bound to informing about sudden changes or errors on services, due to reasons beyond our control.


Creating an account
The users / customers can create an account on OtakuStore.gr with these two options:

Requires:
- An e-mail address – It is used as a username

By using the option above, users / customers can:
1. Add and save products to their wish-list for future purchases
2. Select to be informed (by subscribing to the newsletter) about new products, events, offers, giveaways and other announcements by OtakuStore.gr. They can unsubscribe / opt-out any time from their account.
3. Acquire and redeem Otaku Points (more information)

Normal registration
Requires:
- Full Name
- Address, Area
- City, Postal Code
- Country
- An e-mail address – It is used as a username
- A password

By using the option above the users / customers can:
1. Save their shipping information for future purchases (see below for more information)
2. Add and save products to their wish-list for future purchases
3. Select to be informed (by subscribing to the newsletter) about new products, events, offers, giveaways and other announcements by OtakuStore.Gr. They can unsubscribe any time from their account.
4. Acquire and redeem Otaku Points (more information)
5. Select to be informed via SMS about tracking their orders with their consent.
6. Select to delete their account. For a better service, OtakuStore.gr advises all customers to not delete their account while any order is pending or not yet delivered. Also, if the reason for deletion concerns products or services by OtakuStore.gr, the users can optionally send their opinion at info@otakustore.gr.


Placing an order
The users / customers can place an order at OtakuStore.gr if they are over 18 years old or have a guardian's permission. OtakuStore.gr is not obligated to inform parents or guardians for orders placed by underage users, as well is not bound to check about the correct details of the users / customers.

The users / customers, by placing an order at OtakuStore.gr, declare that they want to buy the products added in their shopping cart. Also, they confirm that they have read and agree with all the product descriptions and specifications, as well as with the Terms of Use.

An order placed by the users / customers is not considered optional under no circumstances. The users / customers are obliged to always receive all their orders in time and without delay.

OtakuStore.gr has the right to check whether the users / customers are credible and creditworthy and to proceed with further review of their information. Also, if some of the products in the order are not available, the users / customers will be informed before sending the order.

After an order has been placed at OtakuStore.gr, the products are packaged and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (more information).

OtakuStore.gr is not responsible for any delays due to lack of communication from the users / customers.

Users / customers that have placed an order are obliged for the full payment of the order either by cash (or Cash on Delivery), either by debit / credit card or by using PayPal. All these payment options are displayed in the order completion form.

For the delivery of the order, the details that are required and will be requested ONLY from OtakuStore.gr are the following:

Full Name
The name on the doorbell or the full name of the receiver

Address, Area, City, Postal Code, Country
For shipping

E-mail Address, Password
They are optionally asked for with the users / customers want to place orders on their own or to be informed about tracking their order via e-mail.

Landline number, mobile number
Contact information in case phone communication is needed. They can be also used for order confirmation through phone.

Delivery instructions
Additional information (delivery time or apartment floor) for effective delivery.

OtakuStore.gr provides the following information to its partner courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki and Hellenic Post), which is responsible for delivering orders, for a better service and immediate delivery:
- Full Name
- Address, Area, City, Postal Code, Country
- Landline number, mobile number
- Delivery instructions

Upon acquiring their order, the users / customers are obliged to carefully check the products that they ordered and communicate with info@otakustore.gr for any problems that occur (defective product, wrong product or product that was never delivered – more information)

OtakuStore.gr will replace or reimburse any defective or wrong product that was sent due to oversight, if informed up to five (5) days after delivery. OtakuStore.gr will not replace or reimburse any product that was damaged or defective due to misuse by the users / customers.

Users / customers hold the right to decline an order only if upon arrival the initial packaging is damaged by the partner courier company.

The users / customers may return the products that they ordered within 14 days, in their original state (intact packaging, undamaged and with intact safety stickers). Products such as DVDs, figures that have been opened from their package, books, manga (comics), accessories and stickers are excluded. The deadline begins from the day the products were delivered.

The product packaging must be safe and must include the invoice or retail receipt. Also, the customer is responsible for the delivery charges when returning a package to OtakuStore.gr.

OtakuStore.gr holds the right to check the condition of the product upon delivery and act accordingly. OtakuStore.gr can also request from the customers to place a new order of equal or greater value, or refund the money paid until the end of the month the return request was placed.

The agreement for purchasing products from the online store is defined by article 4 of Ν.2251/1994, as amended and applied. For any dispute, the competent authority is the Court of Thessaloniki.


Customer Obligations
The users / customers are obliged to:
our 1. Always provide the correct, accurate and up-to-date information in any registration form and shipping details.
2. Be responsible by all actions and activities when using their online account.
3. Not give their account information or access information to third-parties.
4. Inform the Otakustore.gr Technical Support Officer about any data breach from their account or activities not made by them.
5. Not use any of OtakuStore.gr’s contents, services or features in any way with the intent of doing harm, insulting, harassing or fraud either Otakustore.gr or third parties. If users / customers notice any of the above is taking place, please contact info@otakustore.gr.

OtakuStore.gr is not responsible for any damages caused by the inability or negligence of members to respect and implement all the above.

OtakuStore.gr may delete a user / customer account or deny to provide service that doesn’t comply with the Terms of Use or not act in moral manner.


Limitation of Liability
OtakuStore.gr is not in any way responsible for any (moral or technical) damage caused to the users / customers during their visit to the web page and in no event is obliged to compensate for any damages caused.

OtakuStore.gr is not responsible for any unauthorized third party interventions in products, services and store information.

OtakuStore.gr offers high quality services and products daily, but we will not ensure that there will not be any mistakes or interruptions.

OtakuStore.gr expressly states that the content of the website is not suitable for any purpose. OtakuStore.gr (staff, partners and administration) is not responsible for any result of misuse of the website by a third party.

Only OtakuStore.gr manages and controls the website's content and has the right to post or delete content or web pages without notice.

All listed prices on the website are in Euro and include VAT and all related taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All logos, trademarks and domain names of the website are property of OtakuStore.gr or copyrighted by their respective owners.

All content (text, designs, illustrations, and photographs) on the website is protected by intellectual property rights. It is forbidden to copy (part or whole) the website and its content without written permission from OtakuStore.gr.

In the event that Otakustore.gr team encounters a copyright case, the company reserves the right to act legally.
